wind sound when sunroof is open

If you mean the covers for the pilaars they are on with clips but be careful they are in there tight and if you pull to hard to fast the plastic will crack not likly it will but just wanted to give you the warning. If this is not what you mean just repost and I'll answer.

ok, I got the column cover off, but I can't seem to locate the problem. I tried moving the tube, but I still get the noise. What is that tube for anyways?

The tube is ther to drain the water that collects in the gutter of the sunroof when it rains the water runs down the hoses and into the fender well. What you could do is close up the one that is making the noise and before you keep it that way test (pour a cup of water into the gutter) to make sure all the water will run to the other side so your roof doesn't start to leak when it begins to rain.
