Oh, that's cool, thanks for the offer. It wouldn't be for at least a year, maybe a lot longer before we could even think of taking a family trip that far away.

350k AUD is 242k USD which is pretty close to the median price where we live before the housing market turned south in the last year or so. Now the median price is probably around 225k in my area.

So prices are reasonable at least. smile.gif

Yeah like I said it all depends on which area you pick some are as cheap as 225k also so it comes down to those 3 simple rules location location location.

Especially when you consider that 225k AUD is 158k USD.

Yeah finally have the excel home. banana.gif Still have a problem with the sound system it seems to jump to stand-by mode every now and then. But dam it sounds good when it's working. And the steering wheel still moves. Now all I have to do is go and get my manual licence so I can drive it legally.

I had that issue for awhile, cept I had to choose between 7. I broke all the others so now only one works. Makes mornings much easier....
