Default removing/installing new wipers

haha i can't figure out how to unclip the stupid wipers to replace them. can anyone help? tongue.gif

Alright, set the wiper arm in the upright position {off the windshield}, take the wiper blade and pivot it so its up-side-down. You'll see a plastic clip that is inserted into the 'U shaped' end of the blade holder, use your index finger to depress the clip, then pull the blade/clip away from 'U' {should be downwards if wiper arm is in the air}. Now it should be detached, re-angle the blade to manuevre it up and over the arm. Viola!

Don`t be embarrassed by having to ask this question....I think this has got us all riled-up in the past!. Lateral thinking seems to be called for & because it happens so infrequently, you will have forgotten how you did it next time around!.

Easiest way I find is with needle nose pliers. Just stand up the wiper arm. Squeez the little clip inside the plastic hook piece and yank down.
