Random - Staging Questions
When I stage my tiburon, gen1 fx, and I rev it to 2k-2.5k it goes, then bogs [slows] down... if I go to 3k-4k it gets a lot of wheel hop. It's a manual, 58k miles on it, new clutch... I raced my friends 98 Civic EX, and at the start, he got a car length on me when we started off... I dont know what to do... any suggestions?

Go with between 2.5K and 3K and slip the clutch out slower. It will keep the bog from happening, and also keep the wheel hop from happening.
If you wheel hop or bog, that is too fast with the clutch, and too fast with the gas (or not fast enough when you bog). Slow down the clutch action and SLIP it out, and keep your RPMS constant till the clutch is about halfway out, then start to slowly raise the rpm as the clutch comes all the way out.
This is based on where your clutch engagement point is. For some cars, it's near the floors, for other cars, it's near the top of the pedal travel. You need to find where that engagement point is, and work with it.
The lower air pressure up front helps, as does 35-40 in the rears. Removing as much weight as you can out of the back helps too!
