pics to profile

why wont any of my photos load ive tried from photobucket and my harddrive pics neither work. I cant figure out how to make the files any smaller. What am I doing wrong?

What size are the images you're trying to upload (height x width) and file size? You don't have to use photobucket, you can upload directly to our website.
