my tib is spitting and puttering at me , Help!

The fuel filter is below and to the right of the brake master cylinder. It is right below the cluch fluid resivor.
I doubt your local auto parts store will have a fuel filter...but give them a shot. If not..try www.stcharlesauto.com
The PCV valve is on top of the valve cover. It is connected to the hose that runs from the valve cover to the intake manifold. Of the two hoses on the valve cover...it is the left one. The PCV valve screws into the valve cover. Your local auto parts store SHOULD have that one.

ok, i just replaced the sparkplug wires,
seems to be running better,
I tested the old ones, and they measured fine.
so i don't know whats up with that,
i still have a bad idle, the RPMs keep going up and down while at idle, like it almost stulls. and i still have a little hestitation.
the hestitation is at low rpm, when you first step on it, either just reving it in neutral or takeing off in 1st gear.
I'm putting the new fuel filter on tommorow,

you should still have a warranty, right?
take it to the Dealer and have them look at it, mabey you just got some bad gas or something, Hopefully
