idel problem

think maybe its my thorttle cabels? it goes down if i losen the idel adjustment screw but i drive a ways and its back up there

Sounds like the lock nut on the Idle adjustment screw is not adjusted properly. When adjusted properly, you cannot advance the idle screw, only back it out. Adjust the idle screw properly, then snug that nut down against the TB body. That will prevent the Screw from moving again. (only on aftermarket TB's...the stock TB screw should NOT move)

oh well it moves pretty easy lol...how do i tighten it...when i pulled it the other way the throttle body jsut moves....
woudl this cause the CEL
