Default Hydraulic Lash adjuster
Can someone point me in the direction for more details in this?
1999 tiburon 5-speed.

I want to know about this part. Is it an automatic adjuster, or can it be hand-adjusted?

Also.. pics of it? Diagrams?

It's automatic adjuster.Do a search at Hyundai web tech.

they are 100% automatic. You cannot adjust them, but it is possible for them to go bad.
