How do you adjust the hood hinges to get it to fit properly after a minor accident involving a new hood if it doesn't fit correctly.. are there any kits were ever created by chance that are the market?

The kit is called a body shop, where they make your car no longer be bent out of specification. You shouldn't have to adjust more than a little to get stock parts to work together. Your car is still bent.
