HELP Fuel Filter removal
I can't get the bolt on top of the filter to come loose. Same for the bolt on the bottom of the filter. This is on a 99 Accent.
I don't want to break anything, so can anyone help me.
Thanks all....

WD40 or other penatrating spray to loosen the nuts.
Then grab the filter with a "strap" wrench or larger Channel lock pliers. Hold the fuel filter steady with the channel lock pliers/strap wrench, and turn the nut on the top with a normal wrench.
