Default having a few problems mainly electronic

well the guys installed thin line fans to make room for the turbo. when the temp gets up, (1) fan turns on and does'nt really help cool the car since the turbo is putting out so much heat. when i turned my a/c on the other fan came on but burnt the wiring out. when i say it burnt the wires out i mean it burnt them out so bad it killed my battery and we had to jump start my car. so i cleaned the mess up and tried to install a switch to the other fan to manually turn it on when the engine gets to hot.

1. my main problem besides them goofing my fans up is, could the burning wire have created a dead cell in my battery? when i try to start my car it sounds as if my battery is almost dead, the car clicks a bit then kicks over. or could this be from the turbo timer?

2. when i installed the switch for the fan, it worked for a day but now it does'nt and it was causing my msd led light to flash as if the battery were low. i thought maybe a ground problem. i unhooked the switch and started the car and the msd does'nt flash any more. how should i run the wires to manually operate the fan? i have a switch that has POWER/ACC/GROUND, it is one of those snazy glow switches.

3. i am getting a squeak in the car now. sounds like a hampster running in a rusty cage and only when i drive slow. it stops when i apply the brakes. this may sound funny but could it be that i need new brakes? i hear it real good when i drive next to a curb, well of course because the sound bounces off the curb, but it sounds like it is coming from the wheels. i dont get any sounds when i apply the brakes though. the car stops fine, i have 48000+ miles on the same brakes from when i purchased the car.

thanks for any help guys.
