GT Cam Help
I'm assuming here that this is the cam.
I would like someone to fill me in on how/ why the following would happen.
Last night I was out with a friend who owns a 2000 Sunfire GT (Bone Stock), We did multiple rolling start races from second gear at different speeds and he continually pulled away from me ... hard... over a car length by 3rd gear. (I have a CAI, 2.5 cat back exhaust, and the GT Cam. Yet when we raced from a stop I beat him all the way through both 1st and 2nd gears, not by much ... but I didn't fall behind as bad as I did from a rolling start.
It was kinda embarrasing cuz his car is stock.
I'm going to be checking a few things on the car, like making sure the thottle is opening 100% on WOT and such, what else can I check or is this normal?
