I got this message from a friend on another site. She needs help identifying a piece of interior on her Elantra GT

here is the message:
Ok I need help yesterday I was driving, just got my car back from being repaired. Some dude was walking on the side of the road, drunk maybe? And he threw a starbucks cup full of coffee into my open window, forget that coffee was all over me. He got the back seats covered and the back dashboard thingy. I have the hatchback 5 door GT. Do you know what the name of the dashboard thingy that hangs in the back is? because the smell is disgusting I need to replace it. Worse part is, I drove home right away to get cleaned off and when my mom went with me to look for the guy he was gone so the guy gets off squeaky clean and once again my car is damaged. So any help is appreciated!
