Default Engine Coolant Temp Sensor Stuck!! Help!!

It appears to be stuck at the two dots on the coolant temperature gauge

after looking at it, I'm interested to find out how to fix it.

My engine obviously is not fully and correctly at operating temp. right when I cold start

I'm trying to fix my instrument panel up, I do not want my car to overheat, lol, burning oil is a obvious sign though and it would take a little bit for a car to explode from a overheating problem, even a head gasket to pop a leak and ruin your day in 1.8L and 2.0L applications..

My question is...

Where can I buy instrument panel(dash and speedometer) bulbs? Even xenon or blue leds
