Default Car wont start after replacing coil pack harness

Hey hows it going everyone, so heres the problem. I replaced the coil pack harness on my 98 tibby and ever since the car does not start at all. Upon further inspection I realised that I had wired it wrongly, had the power wires reversed. Now knowing that I have another RD1 at home I cut the split loom off the coil pack harness and re wired the coil pack harness the same way tried to start it and still no luck....I checked all fuses related to ignition and their all good, am out of ideas of what could of happen so any inside and details you guys might have would be great.

Is there voltage and ground at the plug? What's the resistance of the coil windings?

well I didnt get my hands on a volt meter, but I do have a test light and on ignition "on" I found that am only getting power out of one pin. As far as a relay Regit I went to my local junk yard and picked out a relay, cam, and crank sensor of an elantra and are now installed. If I attempt to started it seems that it wants to turn over but it doesnt and all I hear is starter motor spinning.

Maybe you fried the pack when you wired it wrong?, does the old ones still work?, reinstall the old ones and try?
