Default all fixed then not

Well we just got my car back running normal again. However i have one small problem. Before i tear it apart again and go looking i just want to hear some ideas. When i start my car and its a cold start it will start fine and idle fine and even reverse fine(backing out of the driveway), but when i put it in first and try to take off it will sometimes feel like its gonna go and then it feels like im getting slammed stop.(all brakes are off and i didn't suddenly become an idiot who is hitting the brake accidentally) It will do this for a second or two and then once the gas gets moving i guess it will run normally. Very annoying and it could be the stupid tps. The TPS i got with my new TB was bad and i never knew it. When i found out i put on the TPS from my stock TB and for a while now its been working fine. God forbid another TPS has gone out on me.(however i have a zefiro hood and it rains alot )

I would check the vacuum line running to the fuel pressure regulator, and also your plug wires.

If you "floor" the throttle in neutural, does it hesitate before accelerating the engine?
