2000 Tib headlights.
I posted this problem a long time ago (back when we had the different msg. board platform) and I still have the same problem.
I tried to change a headlight, and in the process, lost one of the nutty little pins that hold the bulb in. I got another pin, but I cannot figure out how to get it to fit in and keep the bulb straight. Any ideas? Similar problems? Am I the only idiot who did this? heheh....thanks in advance.

By the pin do you mean the curved wire that holds the bulb in place? Kinda lost me..how did it fall out?
The bulb will only fit flush one way because of a tab on the base of the bulb. That tab goes into the notch in the bulb housing. Make sure you plug the electrical connection back on the right way too.

I lose myself sometimes explaining these headlights =-)
These a little crooked piece of metal, wire thin that screws in on both sides of the bulb housing, and goes across the back of the bulb. It holds the buld straight so it does point downwards or bouce while driving. The one I lost popped off and fell into the bulb housing, never to return, the other one, I took off to figure out and now I forget how to put it back on. So, my headlights point downwards. Not alot of fun when it's raining. Thank goodness for foglights.

I had the same problem but I managed to figure it out. I have no idea how to explain to you how to do it but I, or someone else, might be able to take a picture of it in place so that you can copy the installation. I do not have a digital camera so it may be awhile before I can but some of the other members might be able to do it.
Is there no one in your area you can meet up with to look at theirs? Your dealership should also be able to fix them for you in like 1 minute!
Sorry just suggestions.
