Who has allergies?
Anyone else here suffer from allergies? Every spring I have to stock up on medicine because allergies kill my sinuses and my eyes water like crazy.

Carrots if uncooked
Most fruits bother me slightly
Pollen always makes me sneeze
Tuna and Salmon
I've found though that most of my food allergies are related to pesticides and how they are packaged/processed. Basically unless i catch it myself or pick it off of the remote tree on the mountain, it's going to eff me up. kind of makes me hate how we as humans live
