Ulcers
I eat alot of hot spicy foods and I love to put hot sauce on everything. Someone told me that if I keep eating that stuff that I'll eventually end up with ulcers because my stomach lining will be shredded. Is this true? I dont want to give up my spicy eating habits but I dont want to ulcers either. What can I do?
