Default What do you guys think about Reverse pyramid training

Starting with the lowest rep/highest weight (after a warm up of course) and going up in reps and down in weight
Has anybody ever done this? Is it any good/effective? I wanna try it out for one of my chest workouts tomorrow

ive done them before but i prefer doing negative reps. to me they burn more and promote more flexibility. i did a regiment of regular pyramids, reverse pyramids, and then finally one of only doing negatives (except for things that are dangerous like squats). i ended up getting better results with negatives than anything else and i was more flexible. but what i liked about the reverse pyramid is that you were able to really hit a nice hard burnout set much easier and you felt the last set more.
