Is a spinning class enough of a cardio workout for weight loss?
I'm already in good shape, but I'm trying to trim a little bit more fat. I used to run regularly, but because of knee issues, I'm taking a break. I've taken a couple spinning classes recently and they feel great. I used a lot of resistance and it all felt good. If I take a 50min spin class 3 days a week and eat healthy, is that enough cardio for a little weight loss and tone? In addition to the cardio, I lift 2 days a week.

Yes. Nutrition is the biggest thing. Talk with a nutritionist about a strategy, what to eat and when. Cardio is best on an empty stomach.
I dropped 60 pounds in 90 days doing solely Elliptical and cutting all fat and sugar from my diet.
