Everyone has their own theory of what the fountain of youth is. Whats yours?

I think there has been studies done about eating less, like 1000 caleries a day. I don't remember the science behind it though. They claimed it had something to do with our basic instant and certian things on our bodies shutting down and not being used as much there for aging less.

Or Ephesians 6:1 "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2 “Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— 3 “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth" Though some say the reason you will enjoy a long life is because by listening to your parents you don't do anything to get you killed, some believe it is a blessing. It is up for enturpetation, but it is wise words regardless or your beliefs.
I am not sure if stress will keep you young? But I don't think it will age you as much. Stressed out people look 30 years older than they should.

Young is a physical impossibility, so I think of young as a state of mind. To that end, the way to stay "young" is: never let an old person move into your body.
