Default Pushup and situp record?

I'm talking military push ups. Good form and all the way down. It pisses me off that a lot of men in the military, even the Marines, use wrong form.

My record(I had a spotter that counted for me):

2002: 85 Sit ups

2008: 85 Decline Push ups/94 Regular push ups

I can't do push ups, it messes with my shoulder. I enjoy pull(chin) ups - my max was 40, but that was underhand (again, normal grip messes with my shoulder).

I can do sit ups all day long - I love 'em, but it's funny because I have such a big gut covering my ab muscles.
I once tore an ab muscle doing crunches with too much resistance (60lbs I think) on a machine.

Not really sure if you are serious or not, but I could do your numbers that you did almost 10 years ago in under 1 minute alone. I bet you are like 140 lbs too. I'm 6'1 210 btw marine...

Not to put your numbers down or anything because they're impressive to an average man, but any d3+ college athlete should have no problems doing those numbers...

I'm 165 lbs.

I'm athletic but I'm no athlete. I'm talking my own personal record. I'm not comparing with anyone and I'm beefing because at my local gym, they counted people doing pushups when they were bobbing their heads and their stomach/buttocks were sagging to the ground.

My record was 82 sit ups in one minute. But that was in Jr high school. I have no idea what it would be now. Less I know that.

I don't know what criteria you're looking for as far as a record goes. Straight without stopping? In an hour? In a day?
