Default Hydroxycut? Xenadrine? Green tea?

What's your thermogenic of choice? Why? Where'd you buy it? Results?

Don't bother with any of that crap... the expense is not worth the small benefits that may or may not manifest...

Combine weight training, circuit training, calestenics, aerobics 3-5 times a week... eat right (high fiber, low glycemic carbs, etc).

If you want to supplement, creatine is a good choice but can cause intestinal upset and you need to keep hydrated... glutamine is also a decent recovery supplement...
Fish Oil and multivitamins are fairly inexpensive supplements as well...

Don't waste your money. My friend gave me 5 sample pills of Hydroxycut and I almost had a heart attack.

I've used to use Hydroxycut and I've tried Xenadrine.

Hydroxycut is like caffeine to me. Xenadrine was like a placebo. I wouldn't use a thermogenic ever again. It's been years since I have.

I prefer to get an energy drink instead, gives me the same effect and I enjoy the taste of a green Monster energy drink.

How about: eat healthy, whole foods with minimal processing and don't go insane on the weights.

^^ No it can't. I took creatine all the time when I was in the Navy. I took a piss test all the time and my piss was clean as a whistle. The military has the most strictest drug test in the US.

^^Whoa! Thats wicked strict.

I honestly dont buy into ANY of the supplemental BS. If you want to loose weight, eat right, exercise, and be active and involved in your home life/community life. Working out does you no good either if all you do is go home and sit on HA.org until you go to bed. wink.gif
