I recommend not worrying too much about body fat and not spending $60 on a bathroom scale unless you just like having a digital everything. If you're a disgusting fatbody, you already know it a scale won't help you lose weight or fat. If you are obsessing over your bodyfat % as a bodybuilder . . . well, that's up to you.



If you want to measure body fat, measuring resistance across your feet/legs is hardly the same thing as a dunk tank which ACTUALLY measure body fat. Hell even one meal or even a big drink of water 100% for sure will change your blood chemistry enough to change the reading on a gadget like those scales. That of course, would be the case if they are consistent which if you click through to the 1 star reviews they aren't.



Eat healthy and observe a sane training regimen.

most gyms will provide a free evaluation with one of their trainers and give you a fat reading.



My medical insurance allows for me to get an annual physical for free (preventative maintenance).
