Default I just starting working out on my Abs. Question

I'm following Sixpackshortcuts.com Is it bad if I work on my abs two times a day? 10 to 15 minutes only. I go to the gym on my lunch break and I work on my abs for about 10 minutes then go back to work. Then at home I feel like I want to do them again for 10 min.

Am I doing any damage? Or should I continue doing it once a day?

Don't do any acute damage and you will likely get sick of the regimen long before you do any chronic damage. You can tell when you are hurting yourself, just listen to your body.

no such thing as working on one part of your body.

I use todo alot of weight lifting and somtimes i would train one area and see improvements in others. Just do a overall work out and u will see benefits from it
