Are those scales in the market and on ebay any good? Anyone know of a good way to measure it or can point you to a good scale?

I've used one of these before, and it was very similar to another reading I had performed during a physical a few years later. No clue on the accuracy. I can't even remember how they did it at the Dr. office when I had my physical
This seems interesting to me. It claims it can measure water weight also

Right so that thingy there is based on a type of BMI calculation, it tells me I am at 17% however last week my professor did my skin fold out to be 11.8%
The "best" way is to get your skinfolds taken. By best I mean use bmi, skinfolds and whatever else you care to try and see what makes sense.Skin folds is the new industry stanadrd, should be able to get it done at a personal training club for cheap.
