Does having facial hair ( beard , moustache or a stubble) makes a guy look attractive to girls ? Most of the attractive models / actors i see are clean shaven.

Facial hair is attractive to girls who like it. To those who don't it is not. Arrange yourself the way you look the way you want to look, and find a girl who likes THAT. Or, find a girl who likes YOU and doesn't mind how you look.

Those of us man enough to let a beard grow for more than a few weeks know: a beard gets to be almost as soft as the hair on top of your head. It's only scratchy after a trimming.
