Just a word to the wise on this...
If you ground to chassis ground, the lights will not fade with the rest of the dash, they will only be either on or off and will only vary intensity with the inverter dial. The car's illimination wire actually varies potential to a higher value which is what causes the lights to dim. Tap the green/white and green/black wires at the dimmer for the best results. I've been running EL gauges like these from the green/white and green/black wires on dimmer dial for a long time with no negative results.

Tried to install it yesterday, but I just can't... tried to help me with hmaservice without success.
Does a DIY exist for tiburon? I found something for celicas....

There's a DIY for the celica on this site?
There is, as mentioned in this thread a few times, a DIY for these. The AOS gauges were made by Speedhut, and there is a fully scanned DIY for them on RDTiburon.
