I'll shoot some pics of my hood this week for you guys with the latch and everything. I am also getting one of these hoods 2. Im calling gtp again in the morning so ill ask him some questions for ya'll and see what i can find out.

 

Please ask about another design that they have on their website and weight of the hood.

i know you wont the other hood but heres the dilemma from a business point. They can pritty much do just about any hood we request from off there site but if we can only order 1 verses 10+ of another style which one you going to make?

Im going to call about 9:30 there time.

Find out how much down
see if they now about weight
and see if we can mix rd1 hoods and rd2 hoods on the same order

hopefully we can get this going soon i cant wait to see the hoods done.

weight most of the hoods average around 15 pounds each and will use all factory mounts and factory latches.

if we can get enough people we can mix the rd1 and the rd2 hoods

gtp would request half down upfront before order.

 

I really want the hood, but hate the design of the hood that most of you like. So maybe I'll find some people that want the same design as me and we'll get into the GB as well.

Could you please call them and find out if they would make the other hood in some circumstances, and would we be able to apply the discount?

I may be in on this if we get enough interest. I LOVE the design and Ive wanted a CF hood forever. If your counting, put me down as possible jsut to see how much interest we have and how big of a discount we can get.

 

i really dislike the vents on that... but one thing is for sure... i would definitely go for it if it was nothing but that front viper looking scoop.
