I've had some offers for my hood, as I was looking at this one, but since we are now deadlocked and can't get any answers on what it WILL look like, I'll just get mine sent to Rick and get it made in CF.

Should we assume that this isnt really going to happen? I think a lot of the initial interest we had in this is going to be gone by waiting around. I would still be in if I can get the money together but it doesnt look like this is going anywhere at all. I think that this would be a great hood for our cars and it would really suck if we just gave up on getting this hood made. People need to know where this GB is going. If its going anywhere. *sigh*

yah this hood looks uber aweomse, and i have like 3-4 people who want my vented CF hood, so i am going to sell that for this one. i want something a little more extreme than the rest of my car/kit. i am up for this one. as long as its less than 600.00 shipped

Still got a couple of questions.
1. Whos' test fitting it? Chris has RD1's.
2. What is the final design?
3. Hood latch?

They may have both the crazy ass one posted, or just the chiller style with vents leading in, and out of the hood.
I'll work something out where I sell the hoods for them, I'll get them wholesale and sell them super cheap, DEFINITELY CHEAPER THAN 600 Positive, even if it dips into my pocket a bit. I only want parts that are reasonably priced. I'll be changing a lot of things for us out here. Sales on products for Hyundais are stupid expensive, and very very scarce. I'll be talking to any company I can meet in person and I promise I'll come out of it with an assload of discounts for our community, even some outside the circles.

This is about the only other hood I like, besides mine. I'd pick one up, maybe, if it looks pretty damned good on the RD2.
How about the questions though?
