i understand, thanks! i'll consider it. i do need a stainless exhaust. if you can get some more shots of it, i'm sure a lot of people would be up for it. there hasn't been a good cheap exhaust for us for about a year now since the motorias have disappeared.
by mufflers being straight through means if you peek into the muffler you can see the other side. for example, this is not a straight through:

(we have to make 25 initially).</div> i'm certain that all catbacks for rd1 fit rd2 precisely. if you want to make 25 initially be prepared for it to take some time here. but you don't need to make anything per model. if you're talking about exhaust here, RD1 and RD2 exhaust have the same exact fitment other than the flanges. 97's have 2-bolt flanges and 2000's have 3-bolt flanges. the flanges would be the only thing members here would be concerned about because they would want to directly bolt on the exhaust without any welding modifications.

It's a prebuy my man. Read.
LOL
2.25, I may have to hold off then, I am planning on going FI next year or so, and don't want to have to get another new exhaust then.

I heard that its both the flange and the length? But best case scenario, we still would have to have two models due to the flange...we dont want the customer to have to do any chopping nor welding, nor part replacing.

I have headers then a Maganaflow high flow cat, will this fit up to that?

I think you will have more luck with a 2.5 inch exhaust.
There is already a 2.25 inch exhaust on the market for us, and most people don't like it that much.
If you made a 2.5 inch, stainless steel exhaust, which went UNDER the axel instead of over, AND came with a nice muffler (like the oval one), you would EASILY sell them all. Just like the APEXI exhausts, those are soo highly desired on this forum because they go under the axel and are 2.5 inches. This style also did best on the dyno. The APEXI exhausts sold for $500, and they were sold out within the first 2 weeks (they only made like 15 though) Seriously, route it under the axel, and make it 2.5 inches, if you can do that, I know I will be in 100%, and so would Redzman and HyundaiKitCoupe, anyone else?
