So I should stay with the stock bore of 82mm then. Ok, I should be able to hone out the block without making the bore that much larger correct? I can get my old boss to do it at his engine machine shop prolly for free, so no ball hones here - not that they wouldn't work. Anyway, would H or I beam be stronger? So, the pistons and rods will be $1600 for both if we get less than ten. And I will just assume that these rods and pistons are forged and very high quality. I am definately interested, but like they said, I will need a couple of months to get the money together. The pistons come with wrist pins correct, and are the lock rings spiral or C style? If these are a SET OF PISTONS/ROD with rings, pins priced between $678 - $800.
To suit my car, which is a hyundai coupe 1997, 1.8 litre engine turbocharged.
