That's not that important. WHen you hook it up, you'll understand. You just have to drill a small divot into the face of the cable end.
My stuff just came in today. The IM, BBTB, and 1.8L CAM. Everything looks great except that the box was pretty bashed in. So because of that the IM has a few quite deep nicks in it (not buffable already tried). I just sent David over some pics of it. I should be installing the CAM and the BBTB this upcoming weekend and depending on how the IM pans out hopefully that too. I'll be sure to take lots of pics of the installs!!!!

Yeah, they aren't very careful with shipping over there once you drop it off man, sorry it got damaged at all. Are they in areas where you can see it?
What you should do is fill the nicks the best you can or sand them out, and go get that sucka Ceramic Coated.
What did you think of the BBTB? Heh, I love that sucka. NICE.

There was only one place that you could really see and of course it was right on top! It looked like the cam came loose and nicked it. Yeah the BBTB looks wicked cant wait to get it on! It may be easiest to sand em out a bit. I will work on them this week and let everyone know how it turned out.
Now with the BBTB is it recommended to run it at the 59 or 61 mm width? Also with the install, should the O rings on the injectors be replaced or will the originals work fine (I only have 60k miles on it).

Okay, first off, I'd sand down the nicks with 60, then like 180, then with like 280, then like 800. Then get a Dremel or RTX with polishing attachment and polish it out. It'll work.
As for the BBTB, I can't remember which I have in right now, I think it's the 59. I'm gonna install the other one next week just to see the difference.
Don't worry about the O rings unless they get messed up. They should be fine. Of course, if you have some, go for it and replace them.
