is it ok to start a new thread about these guage pods because mine doesnt fit in my car at all? i put my guages in them after i had to dremel it a bit to get them to fit, then i went to install it and i mean nothing lines up and it sits about 2 inches away from from where i need to screw it in. i dont want to push to hard and break it.

everytime i go to put more force on it, i can hear it lightly crackle like its about to snap.

got mine today! I did a test fit today on the car and it doesnt really fit. Going to try and play around with it some other day and try and get it to fit. I will let you know how i make out with it.

Read this review from the first GB... starting at the 4th paragraph it gives some tips on how to install it.

I will be installing mine this weekend to see if I have any fitment problems.

Hope these things just need to be persuaded a little to get into place.

Don't know how it'd fit everyone else's RD but yours Gary.

As on the first GB, it was said that you DO have to push it a bit to get it to stay while you tighten it down.

well after reading the first group buy thread... JonGTR was the only one that had fitment problems, but he got his to fit after he followed the directions that DJnevamind posted... as i posted above in my last thread.

I think they just need persuasion to fit. I'll be fitting mine this weekend hopefully
