Yes it does suck being told one thing then delay after delay.after excuse after excuse.Then just plain ignored.But I did all of the pods out after a while.so he did get them out not just in the promised time .but hey that's life sorry that I was'nt the only one that's why I stated I will not do another group buy till I have them all on hand :-)

Well sucks I dont have my pod yet, but check it out, if anyone can possibly just wait it out it'll be much smoother than asking for cash back. I know its everyones own personal decision, but try, only if you can, to not worry bout it too much. Its a relitively cheap part, the guy does them custom himself and they are great quality. I know if I was him and people started talking about refunds, even though maybe I shouldn't, all the worry and stress of getting these people their paid for parts now that they are late, plus the fact you got your own life with stresses and all that sh!t, and then the bomb goes off with refunds and now you're out time and money...

Even if you have a level head, this can make people turn into a dick really fast, I've seen it, I've felt it, blaw blaw blaw. You know the main problem is not that they are late, its that the predicted shipping times were so tweaked out of reality. Shipping times advertised can maket he difference of black and white with this stuff, so if at all possible try to relate with this high quality product making, bad time predicting, lagging ass fool.

I just got an email from Rafael,

he has been at the hospital with his wife, their baby is due soon and she has been bleeding, and that is how they lost their first baby last year he says.

He also said this "im doing all i can to finish your GB. i think i still owe 6 or 7 which i will put the on mail no later than monday 4-05-04 what ever i cannont provide tracking of shipment i will refund you so you can refund them."

Important please guys... i need everyone to try and contact everyone they know that was in on this GB and have them email me at mattfulton@earthlink.net to tell me they recieved their pods or not. He says he only has 6-7 left to ship out, but by the count i have, he has 12 left to ship out to ppl that havent told me they recieved their pod yet. After i find that out, i can request a refund for whoever did not receive their pod and wants a refund
