Default rookie here

I have a 2010 accent hatch. I have never modded anything, what would you suggest as a first mod to get a little more kick out of this thing, what about performance chips are they garbage or do they work, was thinking changing intake filter to kn filter to start,at least itll sound faster. suggestions...

-50 shot of nitrous

-a set of R compound tyres

-large rear swaybar

Your accent will be considerably faster point-to-point with just those mods, with barely any loss in usability. I highly recommend tracking down a shop manual and learning to wrench on your own car too.

I really hate to be the guy to say this, but if you actually want to go faster, sell the accent and buy a faster car.

dont waste your time and money on modding the stock motor in that car.

you can easily spend a grand and bearly get 20 more hp (if that)

best mod would be nitrous/suspension parts

if you want to be faster, save your money and get a faster car

im telling you this from experience...

Best off doing appearance mods as not much other than forced induction will make it go fast and like the rest say if you want a fast car buy one
