Why?
Seriously. For something like a wrench...or a ratchet...why? I mean sure, if it uses electricity or air it's a questionable decision, but if you need a 12mm wrench what advantage does Snap-on give you?
It sounds like brand whoring to me unless you're a mechanic by trade.

A friend of mine regularly breaks his HF stuff. My Matco and Snap-On stuff rarely breaks and when it does, they come to me.
