I get their weekly emails and coupons in the mail. Their prices are so cheap that I always end up looking on their website for stuff that I dont need but I buy anyway. Can never have enough tools or equipment to work on your car with.

Their tools are not the best quality, but if you can get a year or two out of them, then its not bad.

Most everything they have there is junk! I have purchased shop rags when they have a sale but that is about it.

I've bought a few things from them, but for the most part I like to have a quality tool on my arsenal.

I built up a complete tool arsenal, then upgrade the stuff I use a lot or relegate older HF tools to in-car tool kits, etc.

I had 2 paths to choose from:

1. Get a few quality tools.

2. Get every tool I need.

I find having a HF tool is (generally) better than not having a higher quality tool. And some of their stuff is pretty great. I have 5 or 6 Craftsman ratchets, but I prefer my extending 1/2" drive HF ratchet to them. It's smoother and it turns into a breaker bar with no size penalty.
