Just tools, not toolboxes or cabinets or power tools like grinders or sawzalls. Mine is about 4,000.

I'm thinking AT LEAST 15k, only tools, my storage easily doubles that.

2-3k and slowly but steady adding up. Precision measuring tools are the reason of it.

Not including my boxes... at least $100,000. The boxes alone... about $30,000. I use my tools to make my living though.

I really have no IDEA. They are worth more to me in what I can make using them vs what I have invested.

I've just accumulated a fair amount over the last 20+ years, was given some as gifts or got whole collections for a good price when people lost storage space.

I'm also guessing. With the compressors, welders, jacks, alignment equipment, etc. it adds up pretty quick. I was counting all of those in the total.

Technician by trade. My estimate is just for hand/air/cordless tools

I bought a diagnostic scanner that was almost 3k by itself, and have several test kits that range in the hundreds each that arn't included in that total.

I'd rather not think of how much I've spent on this profession. Probably could have bought a GTR by now.

New pictures including some recently acquired additions:

I recently added the side locker:

I bought a few more sockets:

I just got the cabinet with the 32" monitor. I've had the Verus Pro and the smoke machine for about a year:
