Keep in mind, it is only as accurate as the weight you program in. And it is only accurate on a 100% level road.

To get an accurate weight, you need to weigh your car on a large scale, with you in the driver seat. Ideally you should do it with a full tank of gas, and an empty tank of gas, then subtract out the gas weight as a percentage based off your fuel gauge reading.

the gtech is cool to a certain extent, but i would invest the extra money into a better unit. i have a gtech, and i think the 0-60 and 1/4 time and speed is very accurate, but the hp measurment is not. i gtech'd my car with and without a bbtb. it said i got 13 real world hp with the bbtb. i say real world hp because that accounts for wind resistance and other variables. it's either apexi or greddy that makes a unit for around $250? that's much more accurate and give you more measurements, like time between two speeds (50mph-70mph top gear, for instance). and they account for wheel spin and give you reaction times. just my thoughts. i wish i had bought a better unit.

Does it have to be Dyno tuned like the Apex-I unit? I dont have access to a dyno, there is one in Boise I guess but I've heard it costs 175$ for a dyno run eek! . I would prefer the Apex-i unit if I could get it properly calibrated.
