Do you honk your horn at people who sit at green lights?

I hear ya, 3 seconds is good. My neighborhood is ridiculous with it tho, as soon as it changes green and these fools are honking and holding on the horn. I'm definitely not a morning person and for the most part I'm always gone gone when the green light hits, but I swear when people abuse the horn I'm about to rage myself. How you talked about using it as good etiquette, I couldn't agree more. A slight tap is more than enough, a long hold right before or right as it changes, people should get slapped.

A quick rev of the engine usually is enough to get their attention.

I give a three second gap then a light beep. Lots of road rage out here so I try not to but that's what the 13" blade it the back seat it for It's purely for show, haven't had to yet. Since we are a CCW state its a bit scary because their is a lot of stupid people with guns.

we've all done it i think:p i usually do the quick pop of the horn and thats normally enough. if they're still not moving thats fair game to lay on your horn until they move.
