Do you honk your horn at people who sit at green lights?

Honestly, I'm pretty nice. I usually don't unless its been like ten seconds. I dont sit there with my eyes glued to the light, and I don't expect others to either.

if someone doesn't notice the light is green, I'll wait 3 or 4 seconds then just *tap* the horn to let them know it's green.
If you're not watching the light, then what are you looking at? You're driving, pay attention to the road!
On a side note - I had a buddy who would beep his horn when behind someone waiting at a red light who's not paying attention. It's amazing how many people just hit the gas and went without noticing the light was still red! LOL! Fun times!

I wish we had a "notification" horn. Just a little beep to get your attention. I'm not trying to be annoying, just want to make sure you're paying attention.

I give them a few seconds to catch up to reality. I have to make a habit of cutting people slack because I'm both very fast and moderately impatient. But if they're heads-down in the CD wallet or w/e then a quick toot right after the light changes is ok by me.

Depends on the mood to be honest.
I like the rev idea... My favorite way to get people doing 30 in a 55 up to speed quick is to downshift to 3rd and match their speed, then downshift to second if they don't notice...

I don't unless it's a long time. I can't stand when as soon as the light changes green in a second someones beeping at you. I just want to throw a glass bottle out of my window at them or well get out of the car and shove that horn up their butt or down their throat whenever seems easiest and less time consuming.

lol Seinfeld did a stand up on that, a horn that is a guy clearning his throat.
But seriously, I hate US's horn etiquette, it is so rediculous. In other countries, it is a tool and is used VERY frequently, when a scooter pulls into your blind spot, he taps his horn, it is a simple audio signature to let you hear where he is. It is a tool to communicate. But in US, it is seems to be only used for road rage, and anytime you use it, you must have road rage. If I am sitting at a light and it is green for 3 secs and I see the brake lights still on, yea I will honk. I don't slam it down for 10 secs, I'm not pissed, it is a simple beep, hey buddy, it is green because you obviously don't know this or you would go. It is a simple heads up, if you are that sensative that you are offended by a simple horn beep, you shouldn't be driving, becuase you probably aren't an adult. lol
