Keep in mind that the baseline runs they did were 100 hp, so the Turbo Gained 62 HP, and the supercharger gained 45 HP, but those figures are AT THE WHEELS. If you were to figure a baseline 140 HP motor, then it would be 185 HP supercharger and 202 HP Turbocharger.

However, not all "stock" engines make 140 HP. Some make more, some make less. So, using figures directly from the dyno are the only real numbers you should ever quote.

The SC was installed on a elatra. Do you think you would have the same clearance problems on a tib?. I rather put a small scoop to make it clear than lower the block.
Alpines pic at there home site makes it look like it would clear. Pluss it is on a automatic trany which takes up more space than a standard. So maybe it would fit a standard tib better. Maybe?

At full throttle, the driving experience is awesome.

At anything else, the driving experience is horrible. Stuttering and jumping, it dies frequently when you come to a stop.

If you try to drive at 1/8th throttle (just cruise and maintain a constant speed), it bucks and jumps as the engine cycles on and off boost.

We are going to try to test fit a Strut tower bar to VERIFY that it will not fit. We are also going to try to custom bend one to see if it will fit.

We will let you know if we have success.
