So the price is going up on the Alpine turbo because they are opening operations (or a distribution center) in CA? Is that the deal?

Wouldn't shipping be hundreds of dollars less now, or even non-existant for those of us who can get ourselves to SoCal easily?

Regardless of the money you spent Random you should still get your money worth if there going to install they better do it right and not half ass there product because in my opinoin just from your post there going to lose money from me as a future consumer of there turbo system.

The price is now $1900 + Shipping. After mid/late august, it jumps to $2700 or $2900. Both prices are plus shipping. Why the $1000 price difference? I dunno. Alpine would know better than me!

In regards to my car. I've gotten all the "minor" install bugs worked out, but the car still appears to have an electrical problem. I traced down all the new wires I could FIND...and they all appear fine. I'll have to wait for alpine to send me a schematic.
