Chris, WTF man! I'm a little dissapointed.

People are buying things from you to SPECIFICALLY clear your debt with me! That's how ridiculous this is. I thought we came to an easy solution that you would be able to complete in a timely manner? Seats and a header. . . .

He also owes a lot of people, including myself, on NewTiburon stuff. I am just waiting on a stock pair of 05/06 headlights and have been waiting for 2 years now!

Not for about a month. I am still out my $1800.

 

I've gotta help a friend move to Van Nuys and may be moving to N. Hollywood myself for a bit to work a co-op. I'll pay him a visit if we don't hear from him.

 

That's good, considering a lot of us haven't seen any refund actions in a couple of years. NONE. In two years...
I'm still out the $480 myself.

I don't mean to burst anyone's bubble, but do you really think he is going to pay everyone back? He has been promising things for what, over a year now? I would get the authorities involved at this point if I was owed money.

 

My patience is worn out too, and I'm not even involved anymore.

I forced him to order me headers and paid him and got them straight up so that he could turn around and get Pat his headers so he would be square and I felt like i was kinda paying Pat back for his DIY on timing belts. I told him that and he was all cool about it and got me my part and said that he was going to order Pats. I donno why he didnt, seemed pretty fair.

I feel dishearten that even after i tried to help you out with everything, forced you to take my order and then not follow though on your side to square away Pat 1/2 way at least. I put faith out there for your company to do good and get right and you could not even take the 300 bucks and just order the other header?


This makes me severely doubt ever purchasing a flyryde product again. I bought in good faith and you didn't have the decency to return the favor.
