this is my last offtopic.gif for here.

(03:49 PM) Blacktibs - I am just trying to break the pattern, but I think Idealism only goes so far. I think with FlyRyde closed down for now, I'll accomplish what I want. Hey I know, I'll order two headers and send one to Pat

So my funding flyryde with a purchase after he said he had a kid on the way helping him at least settle 1/2 of a debt to someone gives hope. It would suck to be broke and have a kid on the way so i felt bad and wanted to help. My header money went towards my header and funding Pat's header. fing02.gif

It was an update for pat and showing something good for Flyryde.

It's comin Pete. I just had my home appraised this very morning so I can suck out all needed cash to have you guys squared away. Its about the biggest risk I could put myself and my pregnant wife into, but its for a good cause, and it's all I need to have a fresh start and a bright future. So you're name is at the top of the list, as it's been ages. Now you want the hood right? I'm refunding the VDI kit totally, and sending you the Evo RD2 hood correct? Thanks bro,

Chris

I only posted because it directly affected Pat, and Flyryde. Im sure he may owe you money but did you take the time to make a post on how to square away stuff?

Did you take the leap to order something from someone after they just sold basicly their soul to get even?

So before you all crawl out of the woodwork chill. I asked him after he posted his long speech at NT to help him out. He had product I wanted. I wanted to help him out. My purchase helped him square away 1/2 of an issue. 1/2 way to a clean slate one member at a time. It was either between squaring away a member or saving it for baby food. He had a plan for the baby food so it went to a member.

Im leaving this now to Pat and Flyryde. Dont take him processing an order for me to mean hes not going to start squaring away stuff.

Eric- sorry i broke in, didnt mean to cause another shit storm.

Understood. Thats the reason Chris has been selling angel eyes and stuff like that also. I bought my Koyo from him without thinking twice about it. The thing got here in 3 fricken days. What more could you ask for? A lot of people have lost all faith but I can see Chris really having a good thing here and he is trying really hard to get the last few issues squared away. He knows where I stand with him and Im hoping that is solved soon to.

Im even looking for a new hood for the RD2 and Chris got the PM from me about it. Just waiting to hear back on it.

Hey Chris,

Do you mean this coming August 7th or 8th!?!? Saweet. Perfect timing. Do you even have my correct shipping address bro? I've got two right now I can receive stuff at, but I've moved 3 times before finally buying a house in the 3 years since I ordered these. LOL, that sounds funny..

Oh and Chris, I know this is not the time or place. Nor do I like telling the world like this, but I always said we were a lot alike. When's your kid due? I've got one coming in early March of 2009. I'm so friggin excited (but scared as hell too, in the same boat as you.. Considering a Home Equity Loan but am weighing the costs agaisnt the benefits.. I mean, I could lose my house.. )

So, tack another one on the board for one more thing we have in common. And congratulations to you sir.

I'll update this thread if and when any headers are received and Chris, do you have an ETA (or plan) to get me the $$ refund for the Genius Front Bumper?

i hope u mods dont give me a warning or anything because i have not put anything
on here until now!!

MONTHS AGO... chris offered to send me a check for $20 of my refund for the investment
into the CF Cowls.

i told him not to bother because that would be just one more thing that he would have on
his plate! i told him that i would keep my ear to the ground about the refunds.

his communications with me might have taken a week or so to get to me but he did get back.

now i dont want to sugarcoat the entire situation because at first the communication between
he and i was really weak. but he explained that he was outta town for a long while and then
the $20 "conversation" happened.

i would offer a suggestion to any person who is MAD about the situation Chris is in, whether it
be with there refunds or parts.

----DONT GIVE PEOPLE UR MONEY, UNLESS UR ABLE TO GIVE THEM A GREATLY ABUNDANT AMOUNT
----OF TIME!!!!!!!(communication needed of course)

you all knew that u were investing monies into things that were not in fruition. so suck it up. as long
as somebody can get a hold of chris keep ur cool. when i was first worried about my investment i msged
chris with no reply then went to REDZ and he told me he had heard from chris and not to be worried.

when it comes to the whole legal aspect, you guys would be in more of a bind then chris. sadly u most
likely have no reciepts and when chris gives u an estimated timeframe u "purchase" on faith and there
is not any contracts and any legal actions over a year old cannot be enforced!!!! granted there will be some
exceptions to that but that is the simple idea. ur on the internet. think of all the scams ppl have done
and got away with.

SO DONT GO THERE! JUST A HEADACHE! BE ADULTS AND RESPONSIBLE FOR UR CHOICE TO INVEST ON
AN IFFY SITUATION!

There i am done. if u mod i will understand i had to say it though.

No worries bro, you're just adding in your 2 cents. As for the way people handle all of this, its not really for me to say. I'm not at all perfect in my past actions, so I can't expect anything similar from people who freak out. BUT people have been very kind to me lately, and have allowed me to take this one step at a time to work my way through it. I think when I'm not arround things get stirred up pretty bad, as well as when I'm doing higher volume sales elsewhere, the people here feel cheated and ignored.

To remedy the above situation, I've closed down temporarily, only taking tiny orders from a couple members, which then feeds the profits to the ugly debt beast I've birthed. Suprisingly, since I've closed down (about a week now) I've made some great progress, I have a TON more time to think, without current customer orders being affected by my attention to the older debts. I make almost no money at the moment, but I'm keeping my bills paid with my day job, putting in more hours, AND applying anything I can muster up from selling off old parts, or just taking small quick orders here and there, and sending all of that into cleaning up my mess.

Since I'm not spending tons of time working on current orders elsewhere, people have really seemed to see that I AM following through on my promises, even if it did take me way too long to figure out a means to do this. I've also finished most of the ground work on getting a pretty sizable loan to squash everything once and for all, but meanwhile I'm still chipping away at the mountain bit by bit, instead of putting all my faith in some Godsend loan. The loan will be a great help for you guys, even though the interest generated from it, will make this a much longer process for me. I'll be able to finally move forward, and whats more, with the support of everyone I've drug through the mud with all of this once they're all paid off, or shipped their parts. From that point, its just a matter of using this experience as a sort of Risk Taking Compass. I'll be able to navigate through the decissions of where to go much easier, when I have experience in where NOT to go. This, I never had in the beginning... obviously.

Ya know most of these refunds you are going to be dishing out are probably going to go right back into some other products you carry. I've been trying to hint at that without actually saying it for some time now, most recently, I've just called you out and said I would refund you $100 cash if you provided me with the headers you owe me and the cash refund for the bumper you lost. I dunno bout you ut that seems pretty incentive to me! So, how bout it?
