Hey patreezy, I think they might be done by the YEAR 2007 lmao.gif hahaha! joke.gif

But hey, the way this one has gone, you never know. I'll bet the guy hasn't even started on the headers yet, and any business that takes this long to get to a project, wouldn't have my business if you know what I'm sayin'. I would've gone somewhere else months ago, but thats just me.

I dont want to sound like a dick or anything, I just need you few guys loudly expressing yourself in this thread to go take a nap and eat a cookie. If you only had half a clue as to the issues I deal with making these things possible. Dont forget, I'm your ONLY hope as far as production pieces ready to order for future customers. Trust me, if you dont own a business, dont act like you know anything about business, even the tad bit you may understand is simply a shadow of the overall picture. As with anything this deal takes time. It also involves plenty more time than I signed up for, but thats just how things go.

Again, just because you want some headers for your tiburon does not mean you should sit at home lecturing me, or anyone else on how to make a business relationship that will stand the test of time. Its all about the future of the sales. I could have any decent welder make me up 10 pieces, with no warranty, and have them chromed for Gods sake, and then what, nothing after that. Its simply a matter of quality, availability, profitability (dont forget why I do what I do), and marketability. I'm not having Hotshot make crap here guys. These are going to be the best headers, catbacks, etc. PERIOD. John looked at a bunch of the available headers and turbo manis out there, and showed me where they'd crack, why, this and that. Basically, the FlyRyde parts are going to be around forever after this, and you dudes seriously have to just chill and wait it out. I dont post 100 times a day, nor do I even work after 4:00 these days.

I work a ton of hours, and have been doing so forever for you guys. Just understand that now more than ever I'm making the big decisions for the long run, not just to get you guys off my case. I know I could get things done faster, but at what cost? Thats nobody's decision to make but my own, and my mind is made up. I work my business to the best interest of everyone, and trust me, that's not always what I want. Big mark up on crap parts with no customer service makes lots of money, SSA anyone?

I just dont have time to beg and plead for everyone to get off my case when I'm doing damn near the best thing to happen to the RD to date. Its BIG news stuff, and its not just going to be a quick run of parts to make 6 or 7 guys happy. The reason I'm a bit rough about this stuff, is because I'm not going anywhere. I'm not going to give up, and promise gay refunds, or take up another brand of car to make parts for. I'm producing kick ass top notch sh!t thats going to be around for as long as people tune the RDs, and you guys just dont like sitting in the dark not knowing whats going on. But again, I dont work till midnight everday of the week including weekends anymore. I work 7-4 mon-fri. Call me. Leave a message, leave an email, a PM, anything you want, but do it while I work if you dont seem to get a response from me.

Headers are coming. Thats all you need to know. Just like everything else I've promised anyone, I'll come through. Does it suck relying on a young business man learning his road as he goes, YES, but remember its YOU GUYS who gave me the nuts to do this stuff! I hate that you all get so upset when you dont know every step I take, and where all projects are at, but thats my job, and thank God its not yours, unless you dig loosing your hair at an early age.

PLEASE, PLEASE, let me finish these, and harass me later. Nothing you can do will speed up the process, and I only require a bit more faith from you all. You'll see why it was worth waiting later, but what could I honestly do aside from weld up a crappy set of headers myself to show you that there IS progress on these, and on all the FlyRyde products. I'm going to really just focus on selling whats available for a long while before getting into any more new products. So just hang in there, and dont forget I want these parts as bad if not more than you guys, for the same damn reasons you do. Equal length headers will ROCK in my new engine bay!!! I'm still a fan for tibby parts too!

1.) I don't want one of those gay refunds. Any refund that has sex with other refunds is not okay in my books, and I definetly don't want one.

I have teh faith in you!

2.) We are friends and all here but I don't want anything to do with yer nuts mang.

lmao.gif at Chris.

no but seriously
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Chris, is the end of May a realistic date to look forward to? Or are we looking at 07?</div>

You are the man with the plan working with HotShot, you have the most information at hand. If you want you can PM me a realistic ETA for these headers so no one will hold you to it. Just throw something out there, I sorta need some sort of date to plan by. Maybe it will help you and HotShot have a deadline to look "forward" to... ya know? I'm not gonna hold you to it, but MANY things are riding on these headers arriving. I have already pissed off two members on this forums and issued refunds to one for having to wait on these headers.

ttyl./

You're the one who told us to get on your case..

I'm not pissed, I just think that you should stop giving us bad ETA dates, and give us an update (like this) more often. I'm just saying, if you say "END OF MAY" let us BELIEVE YOU that end of may is when they'll be out. And if YOU DONT KNOW then just tell us that, say hey guys, "we HAVE started working on these, but don't know when they'll be done. We're AIMING to have them done before summer's over, I'll keep you updated" and that would be just fine!!

You KNOW I support you and all your efforts Chris.

thxq
