Same here. I think I've given up on this.
Chris, what are our options? Nothing is being made obviously, so what can we do with our payments we made? Has this company been PAID for them?

Its mainly just me not having time to babysit them every month. But here is the update.
I dropped by and left them with some new projects now that they are finally working to get me the parts I need. They did well with the hatch, and since then, service has been way better. Plus small parts are easy, IF you stay on top of the situation. So what I did was bring in a sheet of all projects, current, and in production. On it, we went down a list of everything pending, and made three catagories based on priority. In the last catagory was the CF hatches, and some other body work that they'll need a car to test fit everything on. At the top of the priority list was THIS, then the new eyelines and diffuser for the GKs and RD1s headlight and tail lights.
So this is priority number 1. Dont give up, I never fail to make what I need, I just have more projects than I can handle at the moment. Unfortunately, sitting still and hoping my parts will be finished isn't realistic, so I am working as much outside production as I can to keep funds moving. I'm hoping things go well with APE, and I think my CF hatch will get some coverage in features when we break into 10's.
But the cowl is coming guys. Stay with me. I got screwed by two companies at once right when I started really building up Flyryde. Hotshot was a bad decision, and Import Trenz finally came around and delivered, with an A+ product. I wish I could say the same about Hotshot, but at least we can resume other projects with I.T. for now.
Cool?

I understand all that bro, but I need replacements for my cowl. THey are greyish white now.
Maybe erebuni could get them done?

hmm i never even thought about erebuni making parts for us. could be possible... ill wait for something though jsut becasue this is going to be a hot item for shows. get them going, were giving them something to do with their garbage
I wont go through Erebuni, but I do have a backup manufacturer now, so dont worry. But really, like I said, its in the first group to get attention. I'm going to need a bunch of these things soon, and they really should be able to slam em out. They might need a car to work with on these though to get fitment right, but the design has been agreed on, and the progress just stopped when they were working on my CF hatch. It'll be soon.

i'm sorry that hotshot wasn't so hot afterall. i know you and them hava priority list but remember each passing day, week that passes by you're losing lots of customers. i can't begin to imagine. don't forget the carshows like nopi could have attracted some necessary folks.
like i said, a simple product like this would sell. people would be buying it. you've always come through with us and you have a lot of work ahead of you. i just thought this would be very easy and would help you out with your business for starters. i just think if they take one year to layout small sheets and sell them for half the cost of an actual hood, it would have at least sparked some initiation.
sure we're excited, we've always been about cool rare products that only you can bring us. but what can't they do in a year that they can't do in a month? especially when they have cowlings galore to copy and test fit. i would have thought this would be clever enough to win their hearts over.
all i'm saying is, the sooner the better for you and us.
