This is a brand new header for all Beta Engines. This header has been in the process of being designed, tested, and manufactured for the past 2 years. In early testing it proved a gain of 10 whp, with even better gains in torque. The header sounds amazing, and you can find that out for yourself by clicking here: HEADERS VIDEO (37MB).

A very common questions about this header are if it fits ok with stock fans. If you look at the pics, it hugs the engine very closely, even more so than stock. The bends look cool, but dont protrude into the radiator area at all. We'll post more pics with some fans installed to show the clearance. Another question is about the bends themselves, and the easy answer, is that each runner is the same length. To accomplish that task, the tubular design allows them to twist and bend to the point where they all end up the same length. Stock Fans should work fine, but of course your engine bay would look much cleaner with the addition of some slim line fans. Other great mods to accompany this header would be some Samco Silicone Rad Hoses, and a Koyo Aluminum Racing Radiator!

Does this one replace the cat. as well?? Not really sure how it looks like down there.
But my original headers got cracked and welded, so i do need a new one.
Thing is the car won't get though the yearly inspection it needs to go through in this country without a catalyst converter.
If I can use this I would definately want one, if you ship to Netherlands.
Havn't found anything better in my country ( just hella lot more expensive Oo )

as you can see from the pics under the car, it bolts up to the stock flex pipe, and then to the stock cat.

you should be fine with this set.

To be honest, he will be not.
We only have one cat on our Tibby's here.
The one directly connected to the manifold.

Just by replacing it with these headers won't get you through inspection.
Your best bet is buy these and a high flow cat (ex. Magnaflow).

This would get you through the APK.
If you're in a rush, smack that crack full with gungum and buy these and get it properly done.
